So this was actually my original order that came without any delivery issues - the issue on first review was NOT Diffusers Plus Oz's fault but they handled with grace, proactivity & authentic care. In this case it just arrived quickly & was exactly as described. Great value. From handling of second item i will only now use DP oZ for diffusers but also as they have a variety of other products now too & i can trust their customer service & descriptions on their site.

This Diffuser arrived within around 3 days of ordering it, works perfectly, the aroma is amazing and the lights are memorizing, put it in my bedroom and fell asleep knowing I'm safe as it turns off automatically in a certain time or when the water is empty, much safer than candles. I actually want one in every room. I'm hooked !!!! Thanks Diffusers Plus, wiil deffs buy from them again . 5 STARS.
